Fabulous store! I just discovered this place and was delighted at what I found. The manager Andrew is a credit to Sierra. He was absolutely helpful and gracious. I will absolutely be shopping there all the time!

The manager tonight was just awesome. I think he said his name was Andrew. Kudos for the way he handles his staff and the customers. Will definitely support this business. Give him a raise.

Customer service in this store is above and beyond!! I have never seen such dedication. Karen, Bill - apologies if I missed someone. Thank you for all your hard work. Will definitely return just because of friendly and easy atmosphere on top of some great deals of course!

Terrence was fantastic! I called looking for a specific roof box and he held it until I could drive down to get it. Even helped me put the box on! So incredibly helpful and thankful for the staff at Sierra!

First visit bought nothing, second visit bought too much, like TJMaxx homegoods and Marshalls, stock is continually changing.

Good prices on decent gear and clothing. Overall depending on what you’re looking for, you can find stuff here for 3/4 the price of other major retailers. I got a nice Eddie Bauer jacket for $30 and a small Adidas backpack for $35. Good quality products too.

Such a great store! The staff was very nice and helpful. The prices are unbeatable! Today was my first time here and I can't wait to come back for more outdoor and pet supplies!

I’ve shopped here before for specific outdoor items, but only recently looked at the clothes. The prices are great and they have a lot to choose from. Also found a good selection of durable dog toys at great prices, as well as anything we need for our outdoor adventures. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It’s my new go to place.

I’ve been stopping in here since opening. That staff as always been friendly, but the newest manager Andrew takes it to the next level. He makes you feel like you’ve walked into a family owned ma and pa. He greets his guest like they’ve been waiting for your arrival. LOVE THIS idea of community business. As I was in on Tuesday, November 11, 2025. I witnessed Andrew grabbing carts for guests. I being one of them. This MAN IS SINCERE!
